Lean Queens

Who are the Lean Queens? A tribe of phenomenal women who are leaning on God and their sisterqueens as we collectively journey to our best selves. 

What's In Store for you.....

Work with Coach Sho in person, or virtually (via Zoom Video Conferencing) for a holistic fitness experience like no other. 

Each class starts with meditation to calm the mind of each Queen and align with self. It's a time used to breathe deeply, pray, give thanks, or just be still. 

Following our moment of solitude, we move into journaling while sipping herbal, energizing tea. This portion is usually focused on reflecting and finding things, people, places, and events to be grateful for. 

 

During our warm up, we actually share our journal entries aloud with one another, and we laugh, encourage, give advice, and empathize with our SisterQueens.

We then transition into a full body workout that is geared toward cardiovascular (heart) health, strength building and core sculpting. Each day allows a different experience because we focus on a different muscle group (upper body, lower body, and full body).

We complete our workout with a soothing cool down to stretch our muscles while India Arie plays in the background. 

We then bow our heads, close our eyes and pray a prayer of thanks for our time of fellowship and the opportunity to nourish our minds, bodies, and spirits amongst sisters. 

Lastly, we refuel our muscles with a chocolate recovery shake that legit tastes like a YooHoo! Who doesn't want a chocolate shake right after a tough workout?! Like, YES PLEASE!
